Terms and Conditions

 

By making paying this invoice I agree to the following terms:

1. Gown or item will be returned in the same condition that it was given to me, with the exception of expected slight wear (Includes dust/dirt)
a. Should the damage be so severe that the gown cannot be cleaned or repaired to its original state, the full retail price of the gown will be charged to the responsible party.

2. The rental period is for 3 days( starting when item is received), I understand that I am responsible for the return of the gown by the 4th day after the shoot. 

3. Rental agrees to pay shipping ( via usps priority) by the 4th day.

 

4. Late Fee: If the item still has not shipped after 4 days after the shoot.  unless previoulsy discussed and agreed upon a late fee of $10 per day will be charged.

I understand that this is legal and binding and I accept all conditions and terms of this agreement by paying for the dress rental.
